Welcome to LaReau Lops & Cavies!

Welcome to our southern Wisconsin ARBA registered rabbitry!  Up until June of 2007, LaReau Lops & Cavies was known for the quality French Lops my daughter, Kelly, produced and showed, plus our Wardlow/YRA Holland Lops line raised by myself and my son, Jody. 

Kelly just recently sold all her French Lops except for two permanent residents; LaReau's Thunder and Star.  The finality of the French Lops leaving deeply saddened me - more than I thought it would.

Despite this major change, LaReau Lops & Cavies is still here and I am personally excited about my own plans to expand my Holland Lop and Polish breeding operation (certainly I'll have enough cages now.....)  I'll be going to Midwest area rabbit shows beginning fall of 2007, to exhibit my own growing herd of Hollands and Polish.

Our website will slowing undergo substantial changes too - it was already out of date but now needs a good overhaul to reflect the new direction I am taking with my rabbitry.  Right now, most of the site is the same as it has been - visit often to see what changes I've made!     Cathy LaReau
