Welcome to LaReau Lops & Cavies online rabbitry!

My small southern Wisconsin rabbitry is home to quality Holland Lops from the old Wardlow and Yellow River Acres lines, Polish rabbits in black, chocolate and broken, and as of April 2009, I now have American Blue & White rabbits too!

As many breeders do, I started out years ago by helping my kids raise and show rabbits and cavies.  The kids grew up and moved on to other things, and we sold our cavies, but I kept on with the rabbits and currently attend about a dozen Wisconsin area rabbit shows a year.

I've got a large and ever-growing segment on rabbitry management, all about rabbit care, feeding and breeding, all from a rabbit breeder's perspective although some information may be useful to pet rabbit owners, such as our articles on treating woolblock and other common rabbit ailments.

My Extras segment has information about French Lops, cavies, free rabbit clipart, cavy clipart and more!  Soon I'll have a segment up to showcase my new blue American rabbits.
