Holland Lops by LaReau Lops - Quality Holland Lops!
Our Holland Lop project began as my son's youth rabbit project several years
ago. Jody purchased most of his foundation Holland Lops from Eric
Henning of Yellow River Acres rabbitry.
Eric's stock was primarily all Wardlow-bred. You can read more about
this line's history on our
Foundation page.

Jody bred and showed his Holland Lops until high school sports gradually took over all his free time. Jody still owns and cares for many of our Holland Lops, he just doesn't show anymore.
In 2006, I decided to pick up in open, where Jody left off in youth, and we split up his herd, leaving me with some starter breeding stock and use of Jody's nice bucks! I then added a few new does to my small herd and began producing my own Holland Lops in late fall.
Although I've got a long way to go in developing my new Holland herd, I am making progress - my junior solid tort doe, LaReau's Calamity, won Best of Variety at the 2007 WI State Rabbit Breeders Convention!
Special thanks to Reilly's Rabbits from Stoughton, for all the help, support and 'loaner rabbits' they've given me to help jump-start my herd!
